[Regarding] bathing on the day of ‘Eid al-Aḍḥā and ‘Eid al-Fiṭr, there is nothing authentically narrated about it; And the aḥādīth in Sunan Ibn Maajah are ḍ’aīf (weak).
al-Albānī said: “Their weakness is severe, none of them strengthen one another, so bathing [on these days] based upon these [aḥādīth] cannot be said it is a sunnah (a legislated encouraged action).”
الاغتسال يوم عيد الأضحى و عيد الفطر

الاغتسال يوم عيد الأضحى و عيد الفطر لم يثبت فيه شيء و الأحاديث في سنن ابن ماجه ضعيفة.
قال الألباني: ضعفها شديد لا يقوي بعضها بعضاً فالاغتسال على ذلك ليس بسنة.
