I’ve been searching for the hardcopy (English version) to buy but unfortunately, I realized that it is not from sale.

We had a limited number of copies which have been distributed. So at the moment there are no physical copies, however if any are printed we will advertise on our social media.
In the mean time, I would advise with printing the pdf and cover/bind it in a book format and use it as you wish.
